The Good Samaritan Seniors Outreach Services of Catholic Charities is sponsoring a Potluck on Wednesday, May 9th  at 11:30 AM at St Patrick Parish Center, Tolono.  Please bring a dish to share, and invite a friend. Everyone over 55 is welcome! The food is always delicious, fried chicken will be provided. Donation of $2.00 per person is asked.  This month we will being playing Bingo please bring a white elephant for a prize.

The Program now provides “In-Home” Counseling as well as a “Caring Companion Service” with qualified volunteers working under the direction of our Coordinator, Patsy Schmitt.  Call 607-1594 to apply for volunteer assistance.

  The Tolono Historical society is putting a  Veterans memorial display that will be located at the Historical Society, 101 E Holden St.   If you know of a local veteran and would like to share a photo and/or story, letters to home and so on please contact Sandy at 485-5210 or e-mail rsatjt@frontier.com or Susan at 485-5663 or e-mail plackett@mediacombb.net.  No original photo will be used in display.  The original photo will be copied and/or scanned and given back to owner.
