Re-dedication of Veterans Memorial
Memorial or honorary bricks may be purchased for any veteran for a $50 minimum donation. The proceeds will go towards the upgrade and future upkeep of the Veteran’s Memorial. The Good Samaritan Seniors Outreach Services of Catholic Charities is sponsoring a Potluck on Wednesday, May 9th at 11:30 AM at St Patrick Parish Center, Tolono. Please bring a dish to share, and invite a friend. Everyone over 55 is welcome! The food is always delicious, fried chicken will be provided. Donation of $2.00 per person is asked. This month we will being playing Bingo please bring a white elephant for a prize. The Program now provides “In-Home” Counseling as well as a “Caring Companion Service” with qualified volunteers working under the direction of our Coordinator, Patsy Schmitt. Helping seniors in rural communities live independently with hope, dignity and a sense of purpose is the Mission of the Good Samaritan Seniors Outreach Services of Catholic Charities.
